COMPANY PROFILE

Metapratica is a professional community for psychologists built around real clinical practice, professional skill development and case discussion.

The project combines a free community as the first point of access with paid programmes focused on ongoing professional practice and skill development.

How to sell professional growth

when its value builds through ongoing practice and results take time to become visible?

STARTING POINT

Metapratica already offered a wide range of professional activities. The value of the paid programme was spread across many formats, making it difficult to connect the full experience to a specific professional outcome.

The free tier offered many opportunities for practice, discussion and participation, partially overlapping with the role of the paid programme.

Participants entered the product at different times and followed different combinations of activities.

Promotion, open events and sales operated as separate stages, creating a fragmented journey from first contact to purchase.

OFFER REDESIGN

The existing activities were assessed based on participation, interest, value for practitioners, time required and their role in the overall professional development journey. This helped identify overlaps, activities serving similar purposes and formats contributing differently to professional growth.
Based on available data on sign-ups, participation and interest across formats, I focused the free offer on the activities most useful for getting to know the approach, experts and professional environment.

Recurring free activities were reduced from more than 8 per month to 3, freeing up a significant share of the team’s resources.

I built the paid product around three forms of professional growth: observing real client work, training professional skills and reviewing one’s own practice.

Each activity gained a specific role in the participant journey and a direct link to the professional outcome it supports.

The product was organised into 4-week cycles, with intensity, frequency and time commitment adjusted to participants’ schedules.

Each cycle provides a complete, progressive experience and creates a natural path into the next one.

STRATEGIC IMPACT

Each cycle becomes a self-contained unit that can be planned, sold, measured and repeated.

This gives Metapratica one structure for managing the product, communication and resources, while gradually identifying the elements that generate the most commercial value.

Commercial data is currently being collected and will be added as the results develop.

A long-term outcome sells better when each stage has clear value
